Background: Take the Manhattan Bridge to cut across lower Manhattan west bound to the Holland Tunnel. Avoid the toll on Verrazano Bridge.

Watch For: Pedestrians and traffic cops. Don’t block the box!

Detour: Take 278W (Brooklyn-Queens Expressway) to Tillary St. (exit 29). Make right on Flatbush Ave Ext to access the bridge.  After bridge, bear left and continue on Canal St. Make immediate right after Metropolitan College of NY.
